摘要
运用精益生产理论与方法对某起重机生产企业的涂装车间进行规划研究。在对该企业涂装车间现状及存在的问题进行分析的基础上,对现有的生产线平衡、喷漆工艺路线进行了一系列的改善。对企业实施精益生产后的结果进行了系统分析,对提高企业技术水平和适应当前的市场竞争有较强的指导意义。
Appling the lean manufacturing theory and method ,it presents the planning of painting workshop in a crane manufacturers .It analyzes present situation and existing problems in coating equipment workshop , puts forward some improvement ways on production lines balance and painting process route , summarizes the result of lean production realization .This has great guiding significance to improve the level of enterprise technology and adapt to the current market competition .
