基于环氧氯丙烷的水杨酸酯化改性研究

摘要 为提高水杨酸在水中的溶解性提供新的改性方法,促进水杨酸在农业领域中的应用发展,以环氧氯丙烷、水杨酸为反应原料,得到了一种水杨酸的酯化改性产物。以产物收率为研究对象研究最佳反应条件,当环氧氯丙烷与水杨酸的摩尔比为1.5、反应溶剂为1,2-二氯乙烷、反应温度为50℃时,可获得的最大产物收率为87.5%。产物的结构采用傅里叶变换红外光谱进行表征,确定为目标化合物。 Salicylic acid as an important growth promoter for crops has broad applications in the field of agriculture.Using epichlorohydrin as material,a modified product of salicylic acid was prepared through esterification reaction.The structure of the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The reaction conditions were optimized and the yield of the product was evalued.When the molar ratio of epichlorohydrin and salicylic acid was 1.5,the reaction solvent was 1,2-dichloroethane,the reaction temperature was 50℃,the maximum yield was 87.5%. This research will provide a new method for increasing the water-solubility of salicylic acid,and promote the application and development of salicylic acid in the field of agriculture.
