摘要
从患病丁鱥(Timca tinca L.)体表上分离出6株疑似致病真菌,选择3株真菌分别编号为菌株1、菌株2、菌株3,并根据形态学特征及分子生物学方法对其进行了鉴定。结果表明,菌株1为墨绿青霉(Penicillium atramentosum Thom)、菌株2为产黄青霉(Penicillium chrysogenum Thom)、菌株3为卷枝毛霉(Mucor circinelloides Van Tiegh);进一步对其进行生物学特性的初步研究,确定了其最适生长温度为25~30℃,最适pH为中性偏酸性。
Six strains of fungi were isolated from sick Timca tinca L. Three strains screened out from them were named as strain one,strain two and strain three and identified by morphological feature and molecular biology. The results showed that strain one was P. atramentosum Thom. Strain two was P.chrysogenum Thom. Strain three was M.circinelloides Van Tiegh. The optimal temperature was 25~30℃ and optimal pH was meutral or partial acidity.
