摘要
采用单因素和正交试验对青霉菌产漆酶的优化条件进行研究,并测定了青霉菌对芦苇木质素的降解率。结果表明,最佳培养条件为麦麸17 g/L,酵母膏2 g/L,Al3+0.7 g/L,KH2PO43 g/L,30℃,pH 6.0摇瓶培养192 h,在此条件下漆酶的酶活提高了11.39倍,7 d内该菌能使芦苇木质素降解23.63%。
The conditions of Penicillium for laccase production were optimized with single factor and orthogonal experiment. The degradation rates of the produced laccase for lignin from reed were determined. The results showed that the activity of laccase increased 11.39 times when Penicillium was cultured 192 h under 30℃ and pH of 6.0 with wheat bran of 17 g/L, yeast extract of 2 g/L, Al^3+ of 0.7 g/L, KH2PO4 of 3 g/L. The lignin in reed could be degradated 23.63% in seven days by this Penicillium.
