摘要
从保存的47株菌中,根据解磷和解钾能力强、菌株间无拮抗性的原则,确定了3株菌作为菌肥生产菌,分别为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megatherium)、苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)、胶质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilaginosus)。以3株菌作为生物菌肥生产菌株,对其进行发酵培养,将发酵液施于吊兰土壤进行植株种植试验,结果表明施肥的植株在根长、株高、叶长、鲜重等明显优于空白对照组。
Three strains of bacteria including Bacillus megatherium,Bacillus thuringiensis,Bacillus mucilaginosus were screened according to great capacity of solubilzing phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) from 47 strains stored in the lab. Planting effect was tested with pot culture contained the fertilizer consisting of these three strains when it was applied to chlorophytum. The results showed that the fertilizer could increase length of roots and leaves,height of plant and fresh weight.
