摘要
利用石蜡包埋、HE染色、常规切片对红瘰疣螈(Tylototriton verrucoosus Anderson)消化系统进行组织学观察。结果表明,红瘰疣螈的食管由上皮细胞、皱襞、黏膜下层、肌肉层、食管腺、杯状细胞、外膜、固有膜组成;胃由上皮细胞、黏膜下层、胃小凹、固有膜、肌肉层、胃腺组成;十二指肠、回肠、直肠由上皮细胞、皱襞、杯状细胞、肌肉层组成;消化道上皮细胞为单层柱状细胞,食管中有团泡状食道腺,黏膜层较厚,向内形成皱襞,有发达的单管状胃腺,肠中有丰富的杯状细胞,其中,十二指肠中的杯状细胞最少,回肠、直肠中的杯状细胞数目依次增多。
In this experiment, paraffin-embedded, HE staining, conventional continuous slice were adopted on digestive histological observation of Tylototriton verrucoosus Anderson. The results showed that the esophagus of Tylototriton verrucoosus Anderson consisted of epithelial cells, mucosal layer, submucosa, muscle layer, esophageal glands, goblet cells, outer membrane; and the stomach composed of epithelial cells, folds, submucosa, gastric pits, tunica propria, muscle layers and gastric gland. The duodenum, ileum, rectum were made of the epithelial cells, folds, goblet cells, muscle layers. The gastrointestinal epithelium was simple columnar cells. The esophagus had groups of esophageal glands, thick mucous layer which folded inward to form plica, and developed single tubular gastric gland. The intestinal were rich of goblet cells yet least in duodenum and gradually increasing in ileum and rectum.
