新型聚BMA-co-TMPTMA整体柱的制备、表征

摘要 试验运用原位聚合法,在引发剂诱发作用下聚合了疏水性单体甲基丙烯酸苄基酯(BMA)、带负电的2-丙烯酸酰胺2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和交联能力强的交联剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)。通过优化致孔剂比例和环己醇比例,结合电镜图观察,当致孔剂含量为70%时,整体柱不仅通透性好,而且不容易坍塌、剥落。当致孔剂中环己醇比例为55%时,整体柱背压最低,通透性最好,同时用毛细管电色谱(CEC)对该整体柱的表征为柱大、中、小孔都具备,且空隙均匀,柱效高,渗透性好,重现性和柱寿命良好。 A capillary electrochromatography monolithic column with hydrophobic stationary phases was prepared in situ poly-merization of benzyl methacrylate, trimethylolpropane three methyl acrylate and 2-acrylic acid amides- 2-methyl propyl sul-fonic acid in the presence of porogens. Through optimizing the ratio of porogens and the ratio of cyclohexanol in porogens, the column achieve good permeability with diverse holes when the percentage was 70%. The backpressure of monolithic col-umn reached the lowest and the permeability was the best when the percentage of cyclohexanol was 55%. Based on this col-umn, repeatability, column life, electroosmotic flow and efficiency were characterized under CEC mode. The interspace was even, column efficiency high, the permeability good while the reproducibility was good and the column life was long.
