离子色谱法对茶叶中氟含量的检测 被引量:3

摘要 由于产地污染、含氟农药、肥料滥用等,导致茶叶中氟的污染备受关注。采用离子色谱法分析了茶叶中的氟含量。结果表明,样品溶液在5.0~25.0 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,方程为y=189244 x-78279, R2=0.9999;方法回收率为88.2%~94.3%,采用该法测定绿茶和红茶中的氟含量分别为25.25和28.44 mg/kg,能满足茶叶样品中氟的检测需求。 The focus of fluoride in tea was mainly due to the environmental pollution, pesticide and fertilizer misuse. In this paper, the fluoride in tea was detected by ion chromatography. The good linearity range was between 5.0 mg/L and 25.0 mg/L with the equation of y=189 244 x-78 279,R2=0. 999 9. The recoveries were in the range of 88.2%~94.3% which could meet the requirement of the detection fluoride in tea. The fluoride in green and red tea were 25.25 and 28.44 mg/kg, respectively.
