不同产地菊花挥发油的GC/MS分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取菊花(Chrysanthemum)中的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法测其相对含量。结果鉴定出安徽菊花(亳菊)挥发油中有34种化合物(占挥发油总量的91.35%),其中4个产地菊花挥发油中有19个共有成分。不同产地的菊花挥发油成分存在一定区别,其主要组分基本相同,但含量有一定差异,在入药时应加以区别对待。 The chemical composition of volatile oil from Chrysanthemum was identified by GC-MS after being extracted with steam. The relative content was identified by peak area normalization method. The results showed that 34 components were i-dentified (accounting for 91.35% of total essential oil) in the volatile oil of Chrysanthemum produced in Anhui and the 19 same components were found in the volatile oil of Chrysanthemum from different habitat. In conclusion, the components in volatile oil of Chrysanthemum from different places were different, but the main components were similar. The difference in the relative content of same components implied that the different pharmaceutical effects could be considered in the applica-tion.
