快速城镇化背景下农村居民点规模调控问题分析

Analysis on Problems and Countermeasure on the Village Scale Regulation under the Background of Rapid Urbanization

分析了城镇化快速发展背景下村庄发展规模调控面临的主要问题,指出村庄规模调控主要受到区域城镇化、土地利用规划、村庄用地现状及未来发展需求等多因素的影响,并分析了各因素之间的相互制约关系。以多目标平衡对接和提高方案的可操作性为目标构建了相应的目标模型,并由此提出了村庄用地规模调控的对策。

The main problems of scale regulation of village development under the background of rapid urbanization were analyzed. It is indicated that the village scale regulation was restricted by many factors including regional urbanization, land use planning and the present and future demand of village construction land and so on. Based on the analysis of the interrelation of the factors, aiming at multi-target balance docking and improving the implementation of the scheme, the countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for the village scale regulation.
