摘要
虫媒病是由嗜血节肢动物通过吸血传播的一类传染病,随着经济全球化的不断发展及动物和动物产品国际贸易量的迅猛增长,此类疫病随进境商品传入我国的风险越来越高。虫媒病分子检测方法有很多,其中基因芯片是可以一次对多种疾病或多生物样品进行检测分析的快速、高效的新型检测技术。论文从西尼罗热、水疱性口炎、非洲猪瘟、蓝舌病、莱姆病、鹿流行性出血热病等6种动物虫媒病的病原学、分子诊断以及基因芯片检测技术等方面的最新研究进展进行综述,为虫媒病诊断、预防和控制提供理论依据,并为不同虫媒携带多种病原的高通量生物芯片筛查方法的建立提供资料。
Vector-borne diseases are a class of infectious diseases,spread by a bloodsucking arthropods.With the development of economic globalization and the rapid growth of animals and animal products in international trades,the risk of diseases is increasingly high with the entry of goods.There are a lot of molecular detection methods for vector-borne disease detection.Microarray is a new detection technology for fast,efficient assays of a variety of diseases or biological sample analyses.In order to comprehend the disease,provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis,prevention and control of vector-borne diseases,pathogens,molecular diagnostic detection technology of African swine fever,West Nile fever,Vesicular stomati tis,Blue tongue disease,Lyme disease,epizootic hemorrhagic disease of deer and gene chip technology were briefly reviewed in this paper,which will provide a foundation for further research on rapidly high throughput detection for a variety of different pathogens of animal vector-borne diseases.
