摘要
2009年瑞典学者在患断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征的猪体内首次检测到猪博卡病毒,近年来对该病毒的研究已从分子病原学向流行病学、致病性等逐渐深入,对揭示该病原的致病机理将具有重要意义。论文基于国内外的相关研究,对该病毒的发现、基因组结构特征、病毒分型、流行现状及检测诊断方法等方面进行概述。
In 2009,porcine bocavirus（PBoV）was firstly identified from pigs with postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome（PMWS）by Sweden scientists.In recent years,studies on this virus experienced molecular etiology,epidemiology and pathogenicity,which will play an essential role in elucidate pathogenesis of this pathogen.In this paper,updates on studies of PBoV were summarized with the finding,genome structure,classification,epidemiology,detection and diagnostic methods.
