多相永磁电机各相独立式驱动控制系统的设计与研究 被引量:2

摘要 设计了各相独立的多相永磁电机驱动控制系统,该电机的单相绕组由H逆变桥独立驱动,提高了多相永磁电机的容错能力和电机的控制自由度。采用移相三电平的方式对各相绕组电流滞环进行了比较,实现了任意电流指令的跟踪控制,同时减少了开关损耗。设计了ARM+CPLD的电机主控系统,并介绍了其工作机制。通过实验验证了该电机的驱动控制系统的有效性,从而为多相永磁电机提供了一种切实可行的控制方案。 Independent phase driving and control system of multiphase permanent magnet machine was designed.Each phase winding of the machine was driven by inverter H-bridge independently,which capabilities of fault-tolerance and control freedom were improved.Current hysteresis of each phase winding comparison with phase-shifting three levels was adopted to realize optional current instruction of tracking control,and reduce switching losses simultaneously.And then the main control system of machine based on ARM and CPLD was designed,and its operation mechanism was introduced.Experiment is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system of the machine,thereby providing a practical and feasible control scheme for multiphase permanent magnet machine.
