摘要
针对游梁式抽油机能耗大、冲程短、运动性能差的缺陷,以及在无游梁抽油机中电机换向和链条换向所存在的可靠度不高等问题,提出了一种新型机械换向长冲程抽油机设计方案,通过由两组差速器组成的"换向减速器"来实现纯机械换向,避免了电机换向和链条换向存在的问题。同时,对该抽油机进行了性能分析,可达到节能减耗的目的。
Aimed at the defects of large energy consumption,short stroke,poor athletic performance of the beam pumping unit, and corresponding poor reliability faults in the absence of beam pumping unit of motor commutator and chain commutator,a design pro-gram of the new mechanical commutation long stroke pumping unit was proposed.Commutation reducer was composed of two sets of dif-ferential,which was used to achieve purely mechanical commutation,and faults existed in motor commutator and chain commutator were avoided.At one time,the performance of pumping unit is analyzed,which achieves the goal of energy conservation and consump-tion reduction.
