加工番茄果秧分离装置液压系统的设计与仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据加工番茄收获机果秧分离装置的工作原理及工况要求,设计了该装置的液压系统,通过参数计算对该液压系统主要元件进行了选型。利用AMESim液压系统仿真软件建立了系统仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析,仿真分析结果与该系统试验运行情况吻合较好,能够保证加工番茄收获机果秧分离装置的可靠性。 According to the working principle and the conditions requirement of the fruit-seedling separation device of processing tomato harvester,the hydraulic system of the apparatus was designed.The main components of the hydraulic system were selected through the parameter calculation.A simulation model of the system was established through using AMESim hydraulic system simulation software,and then simulation analysis was conducted.The simulation analysis results are in good agreement with that from the test run of the system,and it can ensure the reliable operation of the fruit-seedling separation device of processing tomato harvester.
