摘要
针对精密卧式加工中心性能不断提升需求,对其回转工作台的传动精度、快速响应特性、加工稳定性等提出更高要求,通过建立精密回转工作台动力学模型,计算系统在扭转振动、时变啮合刚度、误差激励等因素作用下的动态响应,分析系统动态特性。同时建立其传动精度模型,计算传动系统在各误差因素作用下系统传动精度。研究表明:传动系统在高速输入情况下振动情况良好,传动系统可以获得很高的动态响应性能;其定位精度与重复定位精度均满足设计要求,系统可以获得良好的传动精度。
Aiming at constant promoting performance demand for precision horizontal machining center,higher requirements on the rotary table drive accuracy,fast response characteristics and processing stability are put forward.Through the establishment of dy-namic model of the precision rotary table,the system dynamic responses under the actions of torsional vibration,time-varying mesh stiffness and error excitation were calculated,and dynamic characteristics of the system were analyzed.Its transmission precision model was established,the system transmission precision under the effect of each error factor was calculated.The research shows that the vi-bration conditions of the transmission system under the condition of high speed input are good,and high dynamic response performance can be gotten.Its positioning accuracy and repeat precision can satisfy the design requirements,and the system can get good transmis-sion accuracy.
