摘要
支撑系统是横梁浇筑过程中最重要的承载结构。三峡升船机的横梁根据其施工现状采用以贝雷架作为支撑系统。因贝雷架跨度较大,加上风力、温度、砼浇筑前后荷载量变化等各因素的影响,贝雷架会产生挠度变形或水平位移变形。为保证横梁浇筑施工质量,确保其浇筑过程安全,对横梁砼浇筑前、中、后的贝雷架挠度、侧弯等项目进行了变形监测。
Supporting system is the most important load- bearing structure during the crossbeams pouring process.Crossbeams of three gorges ship lift adopted bailey truss as support system in accordance with the construction status. Bailey truss would produce the deflection deformation or the horizontal displacement on the impact of the factors of larger span,wind,temperature and change of load before and after the pouring.Bailey truss deflection,scoliosis and other projects were carried out deformation monitoring before,during and after pouring the crossbeams to ensure the quality of construction and the security of pouring process.
