摘要
本研究针对青海三江源区草地生态系统现状,以典型高寒嵩草草甸、重度退化草甸和人工恢复重建的草地为基点,探讨不同草地类型对土壤微生物的影响程度.试验结果表明:三种类型草地土壤微生物总数量差异显著,优势类群均为细菌,占土壤微生物总数的93.12% ~98.41%,其次为放线菌1.44% ~ 6.82%,真菌数量最少.细菌和放线菌在整个生长季的变化规律大体一致,呈现先增后减的变化趋势,真菌数量在生长季初期和末期较高而生长旺盛期较低.不同类型草地微生物数量相比较,细菌数量总体上是:人工草地>原生草地>退化草地.土壤真菌数量表现:退化草地>人工草地>原生草地.放线菌数量为:原生草地>退化草地>人工草地.
The grassland ecosystem of typical alpine fleabanemeadow grass, severely degraded meadow and artificial grassland were studied for exploring the influence of different grassland types on soil microbial. The growing period has same change rule, increasing first, then decreasing. The fungi number at the beginning and end of growing period was high, and low in vigorous growth period. The grassland microbial number of different types of grassland was compared, artificial grassland 〉 native grassland 〉 degraded grassland for bacteria number. Degraded grassland 〉 artificial grassland 〉 native grassland for fungi number. The native grassland 〉 degraded grassland 〉 artificial grassland for actinomycetes number.
