摘要
选用阿维菌素和伊维菌素药物的不同剂型,分别在9月上旬和10月中旬选择自然感染羊狂蝇幼虫的绵羊200只,采用注射液口服、泼背和片剂口服的方法,对羊狂蝇幼虫进行药物驱除效果比较试验。结果表明:9月上旬驱虫组效果达100%,而10月份驱虫组效果不理想,通过驱虫比较试验的结果,于2012、2013年连续两年进行示范应用,驱虫效果仍保持高效稳定。
To compare effects of dewoming Oestrus Larvae, 200 infected sheep were treated with avermectin and ivermectin through oral intake of injection, body dipping, oral intake of tablets in early Sept. and mid Oct.. Results showed that deworming rate was 100% in sheep treated in Sept. , while deworming rate was not good in sheep treated in Oct.. Deworming has been carried out in 2012 and 2013 for demonstration of the technique. Deworming rate remained stable and effective.
