摘要
用干法渗氢系统向Zr-4合金管材中渗氢,研究不同渗氢量对其氢化物取向因子测定的影响。通过定氢仪测定渗氢量,金相显微镜观察氢化物的形貌、取向分布及测定氢化物取向因子。结果表明:渗氢量为0.012 0%时,氢化物尚未充分长大,不利于计数统计;渗氢量为0.016 8%和0.022 7%时,管材氢化物取向因子值内外层有明显差别,而两者之间差别不大,能准确反映管材氢化物取向分布;当渗氢量为0.038 3%和0.040 0%时,氢化物过度长大已掩盖了内外层氢化物取向的差异,不能准确反映管材氢化物取向分布。
Hydrogen was penetrated into Zr-4 alloy tubes with dry hydrogen penetration system and the effect of hydrogen amounts on hydride orientation factor determination was studied .The hydrogen amount was determined by hydrogen determinator , the morphology , and orientation distribution of hydride were observed by optical microscope .Then the hydride orientation factor was determined .The results show that hydride has not fully grown up yet and is hard to measure when hydrogen amount is 0.012 0%.When the hydrogen amounts are 0.016 8% and 0.022 7%, the hydride orientation factors have little difference , but the hydride orientation factors at inner and outer layer have clear difference , which can reflect the tubing hydride orientation distribution accurately .When the hydrogen amounts are 0.038 3%and 0.040 0%, hydrides grow up excessively which covers up the hydride orientation difference at inner and outer layers , can not reflect hydride orientation distribution accurately of tubes .
