中草药添加剂对青田田鱼的增重和免疫效果

Effects of Herbal Additives on Weight Gain and Immune Function of Qingtian Tin Fish

为中草药添加剂在青田田鱼养殖上的应用提供参考，根据中医理论结合贵州得天独厚的中草药植物资源，将黄芪、党参等10余味中草药按比例配制后在饲料中添加2％～8％，进行7 d预试验和40 d正式试验，研究其对青田田鱼增重、血常规及红细胞免疫功能的影响，以筛选出最佳使用剂量。结果表明：以添加6％的效果最好，与相应对照组比较，平均增重15．63 g/尾，单核细胞百分数（MONO％）极显著降低，淋巴细胞百分率（LYMPH％）、大未染色细胞百分数（LUC％）、大未染色细胞绝对值（LUC＃）、红细胞计数（RBC），血红蛋白（HGB）显著增加；IgM免疫球蛋白含量显著增加。结论，黄芪等组配的中草药饲料添加剂可作为青田田鱼促生长剂和机体免疫增强剂使用，其中以添加6％的剂量为宜。

In order to provide a reference for herbal additive applying in breeding of Qingtian Tin Fish, according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,herbal additives were prepared using 1 0 aftertaste medicines in proportion, including Astragalus,Codonopsis, etc, and then adding 2% ～ 8% herbal additives in the feed,the effects of herbal additives on fish growth performance,blood index and immune function were studied through a 7 d trial test and a 40 d official test,so as to screen the optimum dosage. Results：6% dose had the best performance,compared with the control group,the average weight gain was 15.63 g/tail,MONO% very significantly decreased,LYMPH%,LUC%,LUC#,RBC and HGB significantly increased;IgM immune globulin content significantly increased.The herbal additives could be used as growth promoting agent and body immunopotentiator of Qingtian Tin fish,of which 6% dose was optimum.
