In order to improve the service efficiency of poverty alleviation of rural finance,walk along the sustainable development road,play a role of poverty alleviation funds through the channel of financial poverty alleviation,and explore the long-term mechanism of financial poverty alleviation exploitation,the authors analyzed the achievements, problems and causes of financial poverty alleviation, and the key constraints of financing institutions and impoverished peasants, and further explored the effective countermeasures of poverty alleviation of rural finance in Hebei,so as to perfect the financial poverty-relief work and promote the economic development in poverty-stricken area and shake off poverty and become prosperous.
