摘要
为了解旅游创业对农村妇女自我认知的影响,通过与贵州西江千户苗寨的农村妇女旅游经营者进行深度访谈、资料收集和观察,研究当地农村妇女的自我认知。结果表明:许多农村妇女以家庭商业形式进行旅游创业,参与到旅游服务以及经营活动中。该过程让农村妇女在一定程度上获得了部分收入的支配权和旅游经营的决策权,但对于乡村政治参与仍呈现出一种无意识性状态。从农村妇女的认知中看出,旅游创业展现的妇女前台权利仅表现在公共经济领域而非公共政治领域。
The self-cognition of rural women in Xij iang Miao Village was analyzed by interviewing female tour operators and collecting relative data to study the effect of tourism entrepreneurship on self-cognition of rural women.Many rural women participate in tourism service and business activities by the family business pattern.Rural women acquire the right to control part income and decision-making power in tourism management to some extent but they still present a unconscious status to participate rural politics.In conclusion,the women’s right in tourism entrepreneurship only shows in the public economic field rather than in public political field.
