摘要
将压缩感知理论应用于视频编解码中,给出了视频图像帧内和帧间编码的CS采样图像编码与重构新方法。通过仿真实验表明在图像编解码系统中,与传统视频编码方法相比,结合CS理论的方法能得到更高质量的重构图像,PSNR有较大提高。
Compressed sensing theory is used to code and reconstruct video image in this paper.New method of coding and reconstruction high quality image in DCT domain is proposed.Image coding and decoding process to realize the CS reconstruction is given and a practical application system is designed.The experimental results shows that the image coding and decoding system integrated with CS theory can be used to obtain reconstructed images with high quality.Compared with traditional video coding and decoding methods,this method has some improvement in terms of PSNR for general images.
