摘要
针对单兵布雷器报废退役,面临销毁的现实需求,研究了销毁场地选择与设置、单兵布雷器的质量状况检查、销毁步骤、装药设置和销毁过程中的振动冲击危害等内容,建立了比较系统的单兵布雷器销毁思路与实施方案,并进行了试爆销毁作业。试爆结果表明,该方法具有炸毁效果彻底、冲击振动危害较小、实施方案简单可靠等特点,为开展大规模、规范化和高可靠性的单兵布雷器销毁作业提供了一种切实可靠的实施方法和研究思路。
In view of the realistic demand for destruction of decommission and condemned individual minelaying devices,the site selection,quality detection,destruction procedure,charge setting as well as harm of vibration in explosion destruction were investigated.The planning and implementing of destruction of individual minelaying device were systematically developed.Furthermore,an explosion destruction test was carried out.The results show that the method is characterized by complete destruction,lesser harm of vibration and simplified operating planning.It provides feasible planning and study basis for the large-scale, standardization and high reliability explosion destruction of military decommission explosion equipment.
