分析了重型商用车在行驶中的车架受力情况,阐述了车架台架试验方法,并利用台架试验对车架的弯曲应力、变形和疲劳,以及扭转刚度和疲劳进行试验分析,实现了验证车架结构可靠性的目的,为设计出满足强度和刚度要求的车架提供了有效依据。

This paper analyzed the force of the frame of heavy commercial vehicles in motion,expounded the frame bench test methods,and through the use of the frame of the bench test analysis bending stress, deformation and fatigue,as well as torsional stiffness and fatigue.It achieves validation purposes of the reliability of the frame structure,and provides an effective basis for the design of to meet the requirements of strength and rigidity of the frame.
