摘要 利用钨极气体保护焊的方法,在Q235基片上成功制备了FeCoNiCuCrMn高熵合金涂层。XRD结果显示,该涂层形成了简单的FCC结构。室温条件下该涂层的显微硬度达到了435HV0.5,经过850℃退火,涂层的硬度几乎没有变化,表现出良好的高温稳定性。FeCoNiCuCrMn涂层的磨损体积和摩擦系数优于S50C钢。 The FeCoNiCuCrMn high entropy alloy coating was prepared on Q235 substrate by method of gas tungsten arc welding.XRD results show that the coating formed a simple FCC structure.The microhardness of the coating reached 435HV0.5,the wear performance is better than S50C steel with high temperature stability.
