通过对来煤以及煤场现状的分析,指出利民焦化厂在备煤工序上存在外调煤种类繁多、煤质难以控制、煤场容量小易导致混煤、场地下料口数量少等问题。结合生产实际情况,提出了对于配合煤水分、灰分以及硫分不稳定情况而采取的一些控制措施,并通过做铁箱试验来引导生产,提高了配煤的准确性。
