Main Fan Integrated Monitoring and Inspecting Improvement in Huojitu Drilling

主扇风机是煤矿安全生产中必不可少的矿用设备,一旦出现故障,将会对整个矿井安全和生产造成重大影响,因此主扇风机的自动监测监控系统非常重要。本文对活鸡兔井主扇风机监测监控系统中的蝶阀监测监控功能进行改造,实现了主扇风机性能及状态的在线实时监测、监控,提高了矿井主扇风机设备的自动化管理水平,保证了主扇风机设备经济、可靠运行。

Main fan is the essential equipment in mine safety production, it has a significant impact on the entire mine safety and production once faults occur, therefore, the automatic monitoring system for main fan is very important. This paper carries on the transformation of butterfly bamper monitoring function of main fan monitoring system in Huojitu Drilling, realizes real-time monitoring of performance and situation, improves the automation management level of mine main fan equipment, ensures the main fan equipment economic and reliable operation.
