翻车机智能在线状态检修系统是在翻车机原系统下位机程序、上位机画面的基础上增加了故障处理提示、重要故障捕捉、故障筛选定位、故障历史记录、模拟量趋势记录、重要数据的自动存盘、流程实时演示等功能。试验结果表明:该系统提高了设备可靠性和检修效率,降低了翻车机系统故障率和现场运行检修工人的劳动强度,对同类电厂同类设备的生产、检修具有借鉴和指导意义。

The test results show that： the system improves the reliability of equipment and maintenance efficiency, reduces the car dumper system failure rate and labor intensity of site opera-tion and maintenance, it provides reference and guidance for similar equipment manufacturing and maintenance in similar power plant.
