摘要
研究了4种适用于气相法聚丙烯工艺的Z-N催化剂进行丙烯聚合时,催化剂的聚合活性、氢调敏感性和聚合物等规度的变化情况。实验结果表明,2#催化剂具有较高的聚合活性,其得到的聚丙烯具有较高的等规度。在氢气加入量一定的范围下,4种催化剂氢调敏感性的高低顺序为:2#>1#>4#>3#。
Effect of four different catalysts which applies to gas-phase polypropylene process on activity, hydrogen response and isotacticity in propylene polymerization were studied. The highest activity and isotacticity could be obtained when 2# catalyst was used. The results indicated that the hydrogen response of four catalysts decreased in the order 2#〉 1#〉 4#〉 3#.
