摘要
针对目前选煤厂广泛使用的圆振动筛,通过建立力学模型,进行受力分析和动力学研究,探讨了圆振动筛的振动特性和工作状态,找出影响其工艺性能的因素,提出了圆振动筛稳定工作的条件,为振动筛设计以及选煤厂正确使用和合理维护振动筛提供理论依据,对现场提高振动筛筛分效果和延长筛机使用寿命具有重要意义。
In view of circular vibrating screen used widely in coal preparation plants at present, the vibration characteristic and working condition of circular vibrating screen was discussed by establishing mechanical model and doing dynamic analysis. And the influence factors of process performance were found out. The stable operating conditions of circular vibration screen was puts forward. All of these can provide theoretical basis for vibrating screen design, correct use and reasonable maintenance. Furthermore, it would be of great significance to improve efficiency of screening and extend service life of screen machine in coal nrenaration nlants.
