摘要
矿井提升机广泛使用的绕线式电动机转子串电阻调速方式,调速性能差,控制精度低,不能满足安全生产的需要。为了提高矿井提升机的运行可靠性,改善其调速性能,采用以有速度传感器矢量控制、能量回馈型高压变频器为核心组成的交流传动系统,对煤矿副井提升机TKD电控系统进行技术改造。结果表明,改造后的设备具有调速性能好、响应速度快、低频转矩大、控制准确、运行平稳、节电效果等优良性能,对于矿井提升机的安全经济运行具有重要意义。
Mine hoist widely used wound-rotor motor rotor series resistance speed adjustment mode, with poor speed performance, low control precision, cannot satisfy the needs of safe production. In order to improve the reliability of mine hoist and the performance of speed adjustment, speed sensorless vector control, energy feedback type high voltage inverter as core system AC drive system was adopted, the coal mine during hoist electric control system TKD technical was reformed. The results showed that the modified equipment had good speed regulation performance, with fast response speed, big low frequency torque, accurate control, smooth operation, excellent power saving effect, which was of great significance safe and economic operation of mine hoist.
