摘要
为了解决冬季矿井井筒淋水冻结问题,将变频空气加热机组应用在井筒防冻中,并介绍了空气加热机组供热负荷的计算方式,叙述了变频空气加热机组的作用、构造、运行。分析了变频空气加热机组与普通空气加热机组的投资成本及节能情况。通过实践证明,变频空气加热机组加热效果良好,节能显著。
In order to solve the problem of mine shaft drench water freezing in winter, frequency conversion air heating unit in the weUbore antifreeze was applied to calculate the heating load of unit and introduces air heating way, the frequency conversion air heating function, structure and operation of the unit was described. The frequency conversion air heating units and common air healing unit investment cost and energy saving were analyzed. The practice proved that frequency conversion air heating unit heating effect was good, the energy saving was obvious.
