Study of scheme of impounding in advance for Danjiangkou reservoir

摘要 丹江口水库大坝加高后若仍按初设方案进行蓄水,水库蓄满率将明显降低,不利于水库综合利用效益的充分发挥.在不降低水库自身安全和下游防洪标准的前提下,开展丹江口水库提前蓄水的可行性分析研究,建立了以年均蓄水率最大为目标函数的提前蓄水调度模型,采用优化方法得到最佳解,在此基础上提出了分阶段提前蓄水方案.结果表明:丹江口水库最佳的起蓄时间为9月15日,9月份蓄水水位上限值为166m;与原设计方案相比,分阶段优化蓄水方案的年均蓄水率从77.51%增加到81.99%,年均弃水量减少7.47亿m3.该方案可操作性强,综合利用效益显著,可供丹江口水库调度决策参考. After Danjiangkou dam heightening project finished,full storage ratio will reduce significantly if the reservoir implements impoundment according to designed scheme,which is unable to develop comprehensive benefits of reservoir.Without reducing flood control standards both for downstream and reservoir safety,operational feasibility of the Danjiangkou reservoir impounding in advance is analyzed.The impounding in advance model is proposed based on maximum average storage ratio and the optimization scheduling schemes are obtained.On this basis impounding in stages in the refill lead time is also proposed.Results show that the best time of impoundment for Danjiangkou reservoir is on 15September;the upper limit water level during September is 166m.It is shown that the proposed impounding scheme in stages can increase annual average storage ratio from 77.51%to 81.99%,and decrease spilled water 0.747billion m3,respectively by comparing with original design scheme.This impounding scheme can be easily operated with obvious comprehensive benefits,so as to provide a good reference for real scheduling decision.
