基于多参量检测的高压并联电容器在线监测系统 被引量:6

摘要 针对已有高压并联电容器在线监测方法仅通过监测电流值、温度值或谐波等参量中的某一种来判断电容器故障与否的局限性,提出一套基于嵌入式设计的多参量联合在线故障监测与诊断系统.该系统利用分布式现场传感设备对高压电容器的电压、电流、温度进行同步采集,并在图形化编程软件LabVIEW环境下完成对上述3种参量以及电流、电压谐波的智能分析.多参量联合监测的设计在提高诊断可信度的同时,降低了运行维护成本.贵港供电局110kV江南变电站试运行结果表明,本系统能够实现对现场并联电容器组运行状态的在线监测和预警功能. High-voltage shunt capacitors play a vital role in safe and stable operation of the power grid.Therefore the development of on-line monitoring system is of great significance,since it can timely identify and intelligently diagnose the latent faults.A major drawback existing on-line monitoring system is that they only utilizing a single parameter,such as one of the current,temperature or harmonics,to determine whether a failure has occurred or not.Instead,an embedded design online fault monitoring and diagnosis system which based on multiple parameters is proposed.This system uses distributed field sensing devices to synchronously collect the voltage,current and temperature values of shunt capacitor,then completes the intelligent analysis of the above three parameters as well as harmonics under the graphical programming environment of LabVIEW.According to the multiparameter based joint monitoring design,this system achieves not only a higher diagnostic reliability,but also a lower operation maintenance cost.Commissioning results in Guigang Power Supply Bureau verify that the presented system is qualified for reliably monitoring and early warning of shunt capacitors.
