上海棚户区群体的社会结构变迁及其文化心态效应(1919-2003)

The Social Structure Change and Its Cultural Psychological Effect of Shanghai Shantytown People(1919-2003)

前人成果对棚户区群体在上海落脚、繁衍生息以及融入城市等一系列过程缺乏历时性的梳理,现从历史变迁的视角对上海棚户区群体的社会属性结构和文化心态变化进行系统的探讨。结论认为:棚户区人口虽然在受教育程度和职业身份等方面偏向低端,在城市整体社会生态中处于底层的位置,但其文化心态中却存在着积极的一面。随着时代的变化,棚户区人的受教育水平和职业状况都出现了上升的趋势,这除了社会经济发展的推动作用,也说明棚户区人在逐渐融入这座城市,在不断适应城市发展对人力资源的需求。

In the past literatures there has been a neglect on the historical course of Shanghai shantytown people settling down in Shanghai, living on and joining in the whole urban culture, therefore this paper analyzes on the social attributes and cultural psychology evolution of the Shanghai shantytown people from a historical angle. The writer argues that the positive aspect of the the shantytown people＇ s psychology should be given more attention in spite of the bottom place in the social ecology concerning their education and occupation. With times advancing, the civilized level and occupational status both went up gradually, and that indicates the shantytown people are becoming indispensabe part of the urban population and joining in the whole urban culture.
