介绍了SCR还原剂供给系统的结构及工作原理。将柴油机共轨系统理念引入SCR还原剂供给系统,设计了集成式SCR供给系统,实现了对泵、压力容器及管道等部件的集成。这就使得SCR系统还原剂供给压力平稳,减小了系统管道中压力的波动,使尿素溶液的供给更精确。设计了空气辅助式电磁尿素喷嘴,通过设置安装在喷嘴上高速电磁阀的脉宽和频率来控制喷射量,喷嘴雾化效果好,且工作可靠。系统利用压缩空气和喷嘴扫吹管道,在重力的作用下使添蓝溶液返回尿素罐,更加节能环保。
The structure and working principle of SCR reductant supply system is introduced. The integrated SCR supply system is designed by bringing in the concept of diesel engine common rail system to the SCR reductant supply system, which integrates pump, pressure vessel and pipelines together. This system enables the supply pressure of SCR system reductant to be stable, which reduces pressure fluctuations in the pipeline system and then makes the supply of the urea solution be more accurate. The air auxiliary type electromagnetic urea nozzle is designed for this system, by setting the pulse width and frequency of high-speed solenoid valve installed in the nozzle to control the injection quantity, nozzle's atomization effect is good and it works reliably. The system clears the pipeline by making use of compressed air and nozzle. The Adblue returns to the urea tank under the action of gravity, the method is more energy saving and environmental protection.
