摘要
绝缘电阻测试仪是用来测量电器和电路绝缘状态的仪器,是电器化设备规范安装中重要的测试仪器之一,也是电器化设备检修重要工具之一。文中设计的机车绝缘电阻测试仪以STM32作为处理核心,通过对稳定的电源模块的设计以及采样电路和微弱信号处理电路的设计,实现了仪器的智能设计,操作简单,人机界面友好,测量快速准确。经测试,当环境温度在0～45℃范围内、相对湿度≤85%RH的情况下,其测量误差小于3%。
Insulation resistance tester is used to measure the electrical appliances and circuit insulation status of equipment,it is one of the important testing instrument of electrical equiprment in sttauation,and one of the important tools of electrical equipment maintenance. This paper elesighed the locomotive insulation resistance tester with STM32 as the processing core,it mainly described the hardware design innovation. The design of the power supply module is stable and the sampling circuit and signal processing circuit design,realizes the intelligent instrument design,simple operation,friendly interface,fast and accurate measurement.The tests show,when the environmental temperature is from 0 ℃ to ＋ 45 ℃,relative humidity below 85% RH,the measurement error is less than 3%.
