摘要
文中根据具体应用环境设计了传输线参数测量实验并建立了计算模型,提出了缠绕电感与分布电阻的估算方法,建立电缆的简化电路模型,并讨论了参数间的动态影响。结果表明,分布电容越大,信道的通频带越窄;缠绕电感越大,电流相位失真越严重。当并联电容增大时,缠绕电感呈现减小的趋势,然而由于并联电容引起电流的相位失真对线圈接入电路中的等效电感的变化是非线性的。
According to the specific application environment of XCTD,experiments to channel parameters were designed.Comparing compute values and test results,a method was presented which was to estimate the static spiral inductor and distributed resistance. And the transmission wire circuit mode was established. Then,during dynamic conditions,the paper obtained the influence of the distributed capacitance on the coil inductance. The result shows that with the value of distributed capacitance increases,the channel pass band becomes narrower. And with the increasing equivalent inductance,the currents phase is diverter. What is more,when the dynamic parallel capacitance increases,the winding inductance decreases. However,the change of equivalent inductance coil connected in the circuit is nonlinear.
