摘要 设计一种SF6分解产物测试仪智能检定系统,其主要功能包括控制动态配气装置自动配制标准气体,实现对SF6分解产物测试仪的自动检定和自动校准,并控制打印机自动打印检定报告;控制空气质量监测系统对实验室环境进行实时监测,当有气体泄漏且存在危险时进行声光报警。实验结果表明,该系统可同时自动检定和校准4台SF6分解产物测试仪,检定效率比人工方式提高80%。 A design of intelligent verification system for SF6 decomposed product tester was introduced. Its main function includes controlling the dynamic gas distribution system to configure standard gases automatically,so as to realize the automatic verification and automatic calibration for SF6 decomposed product tester,as well as controlling the printer to print the verification report automatically. Controlling the air quality monitoring system to monitor the laboratory environment in real-time and starting the sound-light alarm devices when the gases leakage which perhaps leads to a dangerous state. Experimental results show that the system can automatic verify and calibrate four SF6 decomposed product testers simultaneously,with efficiency increased by 80% compared with manual way,the system has great application value and market potential.
