摘要
飞机复合材料制件在使用过程中容易产生疲劳损伤和环境损伤。因此,需要对复合材料进行无损在线监测研究。文中设计基于Xilinx Spartan-6系列FPGA芯片的ECT检测系统。应用状态机实现了对模拟开关、多路选通、程控放大以及通信的控制。同时,应用DDR2存储技术和PCI总线技术,显著提高了数据传输的速度。针对平面电极传感器信号强弱无法预测的特性,设计了一种自适应的解决方案。实验结果表明:该系统工作稳定,可靠性好,能满足实际测量需要。
Aerial composite materials are prone to fatigue damage and environmental damage during use. Therefore,non-destructive online monitoring is desired for studying composite materials. This paper designed an electrical capacitance tomography( ECT) detection system based on a Xilinx Spartan-6 FPGA chip. The control of the analog switches,muxes,programmable amplification and communication was realized by applying the state machine. Meanwhile,DDR2 memory and PCI bus technology were utilized,it obviously improved the data transmission rate. Considering that the signal strength of the planar electrode sensor is unpredictable,an adaptive method was developed. Experimental results verify the stability and reliablitiy of the system,and its capability of meeting needs in practical measurements.
