摘要 随着大型地下变电站和特高压变电站工程的加快建设,需要安装大量充油设备和进行滤油,由于建设工期紧,使得绝缘油处理成为现场施工的难点。为了解决这个难题,构建了集中滤油系统,用以提高绝缘油处理效率。应用500kV静安(世博)变电站工程,积累的经验,通过总结与改进,在1 000kV沪西变电站滤油项目工程中,合理选择滤油机械,设置集中呼吸器和使用相同型号的油箱、接头、管道和阀门等措施,提高了滤油设备的使用率,降低了滤油设备的维护成本,加快了工程进度。 Speed up construction of large underground substation and UHV substation project will cause a large number of oil filled equipments installation,thus oil filter and tight construction period makes the insulating oil processing become the difficulty of onsite construction.In order to solve this problem,build the oil filter system to improve the efficiency of insulating oil processing.After 500 kV Jing’an (Expo)substation project application,accumulated experience,and through the summary and improvement,reasonable selection of filter oil machine,set the respirator and using the same type of oil tank,joints,pipes and valves and other measures have been implemented for 1 000 kV Shanghai west substation engineering,which improves the efficiency of the oil filter equipment,reduces the oil filter equipment maintenance cost,and makes remarkable achievements.
