摘要
针对常规测量技术不能精确探测非开挖地下线缆问题,介绍了一种水平定向钻进(HDD)电力管线竣工测量新技术。叙述了HDD电力管线竣工测量与排管竣工测量在测量对象、作业环境、工作流程、使用仪器、测量原理、成果标准等方面的差异,尤其在具体操作和关键技术方面的不同。通过使用轨迹测量仪和对应的测量技术,实现了电力管线的精确测量和定位。测量形成可供生产管理系统(PMS)使用的电力管线三维空间数据,为管线的资料归档、规划设计、安全运营、后期维护、管线交底,提供了准确的信息资源,推动了电力管线的规范化管理。
According to the conventional measurement techniques cannot accurately detecting trenchless under-ground pipeline,this paper introduces new technique for the measurement of power line in HDD.It narrates the differences between the measurement of HDD power line and Exhaust pipe in the measured object,working environment,working process,used equipment,measurement principle and the standard results,especially in the specific operation and key technical aspects of the different.The measurement technique using pipeline mapping system and the corresponding measurement technology,to realize the accurate measurement and location of power line.Using the new measuring technology forms available 3D power line data for the production management system (PMS)which can be used for pipeline data archiving,planning and design,operation, maintenance,pipeline clarification,and provides accurate information resources,to promote the management of power line specification.
