摘要
在高职数控专业引入德国切削机械师培养计划的实践中,遇到如何调整培养计划将双元制模式进行本土化,以及有关工具与方法不匹配的问题。比较而言,原数控专业与德国切削机械师专业在培养计划、考核方法、师资培训等子系统存在显著差异。从系统论出发,可以通过上述各级子系统之间的有效沟通,完成自我建构。在调查需求的基础之上,制定培养计划,提出考核方法,输送技师人才。
In the practice of introducing German cutting mechanic training plan into numerical control specialty of higher vocational education, several problems were appeared such as how to adjust the talent cultivation plan and realize localiza- tion of dual-system model, and the mismatching of tools and methods. In fact, there exist great difference in training plan, examination method, teacher training between the original numerical control specialty and the cutting mechanic spe- ciahy in Germany. From the perspective of system theory, it can realize self-construction by effective communication of the above various sub-systems. On the basis of demand investigation, the training plan was made up, the examination method was put forward, and the technical talents were cultivatied.
