摘要 当代职业教育基本的价值取向在于以人的发展为前提,是个人价值取向与社会价值取向的有机统一。职业学校可以尝试构建课程校本化、教学生本化,且产教融合、校企合作的"双本一融"育人模式,并通过培树办学理念、创设动态课程、提升学习能力、依托集团办学等路径实践这一人才培养模式。 The current value orientation of vocational education depends on development of human being and unification of individual and social value. Based on this, vocational schools can construct the talent cultivation mode of "school-based curriculum, student-based teaching, unification of industry and teaching, cooperation of schools and enterprises". The mode is carried out by some ways, which are consisted of cultivation of school running idea, creation of characteristic course, promotion of students'ability and group development plan.
