摘要
学前教师标准是规范学前师资培养和准入的重要依据。2012年,英国政府颁布了最新的《早期教育专业教师身份标准》,该标准共设定了8项标准领域,每项领域下皆设置了具体的子标准。学前教师需接受早期教育专业教师身份培训,并达成所有标准条项的要求,方能成为合格的早期教育专业教师。新的标准呈现出了追求反思型实践与强调领导实践能力培养的双重价值取向,凸显了以儿童发展为本位,重视标准领域之间的整合,追求利益各方的共同参与等改革趋势。
The preschool teachers" standards is an important basis for the "training and admission of preschool teachers. In 2012, the British government issued the latest Early Years Professional Status Standards, the standards were set in eight areas, each area consisting of a certain number of sub-standard. In order to become Early Years Professional, preschool teachers need to accept EYPS training, and reached all the requirements of the standards. The new standards have shown a dual value orientation on reflective practice and leader- ship practice, and has a reform trend of child-centered, the integration between the areas of standards, and the common participation of all parties.
