摘要
用AutoCAD实现了机床主传动系统的三维实体造型,用VisualC++、VisualLISP等工具完成了主轴箱轴承、齿轮、轴等部位在运行中出现故障时的立体动画,经实时振动信号检测,以及信号处理(统计处理、频谱分析、小波分析等)后提取出故障特征,再经人工神经网络、模糊决策及专家系统等手段进行决策,判定故障部位和程度,并可在微机上直观地看到主轴箱在运行过程中,各故障具体部位及损伤程度的虚拟现实情况。
Thi s paper intro Visual C++?Visual LISP the3D entity sculpting of main driving sy stem of machine tools by AutoCAD,using the tools of Visual C++and Visual LISP ,we accomplished the solid moving picture when the bearings,gears and shafts of headstock are fault at the time of operation.By the acceleration sensors o f piezocrystal,we can check the vibration of the machine tools,after analyzin g these signals,use the method of statistics,frequency analysis and wavelet an alysis,the characteristics of fault are picked up.By the decision-making of Artificial Neural Network(ANN),fuzzy identification and expert system,it is clear where and how the machines are fault when the machine is working,it is di splayed in the screen di-rectly and instantly.
