魔芋葡甘聚糖超多孔杂化水凝胶的制备与表征

摘要 目的:合成并表征魔芋葡甘聚糖超多孔杂化水凝胶(KGM-SPHH)。方法:采用泡沫聚合法制备KGM-SPHH,以溶胀比为评价指标,采用单因素试验考察丙烯酰胺(AM),丙烯酸(AA),N,N',-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(Bis),普朗尼克F127(PF127),魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM),过硫酸胺(APS),N,N,N',N',-四甲基乙二胺(TEMED)及NaHCO3用量对合成工艺的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜观察KGM-SPHH的微观形态,FTIR鉴定其化学结构。结果:优选的合成工艺为50%AM溶液2 mL,50%AA溶液0.3 mL,2.5%Bis溶液2 mL,10%PF127溶液0.3 mL,20%APS溶液0.2 mL,KGM 0.1 g,20%TEMED溶液0.2 mL,NaHCO30.2 g。KGM-SPHH呈均相体系,能迅速吸收大量水分并达溶胀平衡,内部含大量孔隙并相互连接呈网络状,含有AAco-AM和交联的KGM。结论:泡沫聚合法可制得多孔状、溶胀迅速的均相KGM-SPHH。 Objective:To synthesize and characterize superporous hydrogel hybrids of konjac glucomannan (KGM-SPHH).Method:KGM-SPHH was prepared by foam polymerization method.Synthesis conditions,including the amount of each reacting agents,were optimized by single factor tests according to swelling kinetics of these obtained samples.Morphology and chemical structure of KGM-SPHH were analyzed by SEM and FTIR.Result:Optimized synthesis conditions were as follows:50% acrylamide (AM) 2 mL,50% acrylic acid (AA) 0.3 mL,2.5% N,N',-methylene-bis-acrylamide 2 mL,10% pluronic f127 0.3 mL,20% ammonium persulfate 0.2 mL,konjac glucomannan (KGM) 0.1 g,20% N,N,N',N',-tetramethylethylene diamine 0.2 mL,NaHCO3 0.2 g.A homogeneous KGM-SPHH could be prepared under proper ratio of reagents,and it could quickly absorb large amount of water to reach swelling equilibrium.KGM-SPHH showed a large number of connected pores under SEM,AA-co-AM and cross-linked KGM in FTIR spectra.Conclusion:Homogeneous KGM-SPHH with porous structure and quick swelling property could be obtained by foam polymerization method.
