超纤贝斯用不定岛纤维生产工艺流程的探讨

Discussion on Production Process of Unfigured Islands-in-sea Fiber in Microfiber Bass

简述了超纤贝斯用不定岛纤维的两步法和短程纺2种生产工艺流程,探讨该2种工艺流程下的不定岛纤维品质、纺丝稳定性以及生产管控上的差异,提出在超纤贝斯的生产过程中,不定岛纤维生产工艺采用两步法比短程纺更有效、灵活。

The two kinds of production processes, compact spinning and two - step spinning for producing unfigured islands - in - sea fiber in microfiber bass were described. The differences of quality, spinning stability and production control between two production processes were explored. The results show that two - step spinning is more effective and flexible than compact spinning in the production of unfigured islands - in - sea fiber in microfiber bass.
